Yes.
Assuming your hydrometer is calibrated for 20C it will read denser below 20C and less dense above 20C by about 0.06 Brix. So a wine that reads 12.4 brix at 15C is actually 12.1 Brix.
This is the conversion factor I use, although I've seen a table where the conversion is not quite as linear.
