Bottled 80/20 apple/Riesling, sterilized all bottles with sanaclean

Blended apple 2011 with Riesling 2011 80/20. Reisling Is semi-sweet so it adds a touch of sweetness to a dry apple wine. Blend is a bit acidic, touch of banana on the nose.

Tartaric acid 4oz

Added 4 oz to 5 gallon carboy, the half gallon was not opened. Flavor improved greatly.
